Either party may terminate these terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
